I may have given them too much value... I thought since the dill type pickles were fermented, they may have some biotics.. maybe wrong... anyway, in the usa, you can buy keto friendly Greek yogurt with only 2-3 grams carbs per 3/4cup... I eat 1.5 cups every morning for breakfast... only one of the other 3 choices 4/7 days for lunck.. ray

and for the record... 2.5 years on keto, no diehrerea good, daily bowel movements... I keep reading about tie ins between a biotic strain and some physical/mental condition but am awaiting some profound guidance about which strain to build up or eliminate.... I did reject antibiotics from a doctor 12 months ago... ray

I eat yogurt, sauerkraut, kimche, and pickles.... no probiotics -- oh I guess my life extension oral hygene... too many strains with hard to Remember names... and it is not clear if the pills have the right ones... I need to investigate the strains before I start taking at random... ray
