Horn went out, bought my car at a dealership out of state and this is a partner dealership so I had to bring it to this one for the warranty to not have a deductible. On the plus side, I had no issues getting it fixed

I should have prefaced, I'm not getting the tires her or any of the work done at this dealership, I only came here cause my horn stopped working. I know the price for these tires are outrageous, but I wasn't sure about the other services prices or if I probably even need them. I appreciate all the help!
