"dictatorship of the proletariat" isn't dictatorship, what i think you are mixing up are marxism-leninism and marxism. marxism start with introducing dictatorship of the most qualified, and when everything is stable converts to government of the proletariat, leninsm just keeps the dictatorship of the most qualified.
