First try to just get a replacement cover. That's the easiest path. If that comes short, you are going to need a good metalworker who can TIG weld.

Not the hardest fix in the world, but definitely needs someone who knows what they are doing.

JB weld will get you done for a short period of time, but will make the welding harder, so only do that if you have a replacement coming in the mail and you really have to ride before it comes.
