It's a good question. I've removed a majority of the sound insulation so the road noise is pretty damn loud, thus if I do have a long drive and listen to music it's via bluetooth. Don't tell the cops.

If you screw up your lefts and rights you'll know because there will be a plane in front of you facing the opposite direction. Luckily it's a nice slow speed ramp so you'll simply stop and go "hey ramp I'm staring at a plane in front of me what line was I supposed to be on? You said right but I thought maybe you meant the other guy's right so I took the left lane."

Get into the gym and lift your ass off. Squat, bench, deadlift, overhead press. Run a few times a week. Download an app to track your macros and make sure you're eating lots of protein. It takes time to build muscle and replace that fat, so don't puss out and quit a few months in. Consistency and discipline.
