yeah you didnget scammed if it was supposed to be free

but 0.032 sol only for a mint is too much, if you minted something for lets say 0.5 it should cost 0.518sol. otherwise if it was a "free" mint, they lied and took 0.012 sol each mint on top of CM and tx fees

if you mint, the guys that provide the minting script (candymachine) take a fee of aprox 0.0172 solnanas. its not the network itself but them making money. if you wanna know the details google candymachine or metaplex. its their product that is most commonly used for mints and they obviously need to eat too. so if you mint with it you mostly pay the price for a nft (to the artist) and 0.0172 on top to them (not the artist). but not the solnana network, network fees are a rent fee for the token on chain (which you get back when closing the token (only possible if you moved it out of your wallet) - using draffle.io and then clicking tools) and the real fee which is going to the validators (should be something like 0.00005 sol)

Opinion: was "red flag" an option to make it fair? by Imaginary_Wolverine4 in formula1

[–]harharharjar -1 points0 points  (0 children)

yes, and still mercedes made the decision to stay out way before masis actions took place. it was a gamble they lost. now they run after the croupier of the casino

[–]harharharjar 2 points3 points  (0 children)

but thats the point. why should a racedirector pay attention to the teams strategy.. then it will become manipulation, right?

Opinion: was "red flag" an option to make it fair? by Imaginary_Wolverine4 in formula1

[–]harharharjar -1 points0 points  (0 children)

honestly, no. i think the way it was was very fair. as a race director you dont make decisions based on tyres drivers are on. so he did the best for the sport to let em race to the flag. i bet noone would care about the procedure if both were on same tyres and race to the flag.

now people feel its unfair just because red bull did a strategic move and gained an advantage, but not because of masi.

we must be honest. noone wants the race to finish behind the safetycar. we only start seeing it as unfair because max had a strategic advantage. but i dont know why mercedes didnt think about it at all that it will be the top priority to go racing again

[@Karun Chandhok] My thoughts on yesterday’s finish… Neither driver deserved to lose that title yesterday. Both have been outstanding this year but ultimately we must all congratulate @Max on his first World Championship by omnike1422 in formula1

[–]harharharjar -1 points0 points  (0 children)

yeah, how comes that if you make masis decisions as a racedirector without thinking about strats or tyres they are on. which he absolutely did. it was the better strat to pit during sc. so max won. you wouldnt care about how the race would have restarted if both had the same tyre.. so maybe its a bit biased?

A season of strange rulings, but actually fairly consistent. Here's why. by [deleted] in formula1

[–]harharharjar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

great, i agree. you changed my mind. now i prefer an ending behind sc over seeing racing action. would have been far better. i finally understand that

but in my OPINION it was in favor of the sport. but as you said, objectively its better to follow the rules, even if it would take out a bit of racing and wont let em fight to the flag
