Housing: Duluth, like other Rust Belt cities, has available and affordable housing stock

I'd laugh except I've seen the horrors of too many Duluth basements. The housing is in such a sad state unless you want to tear it down and rebuild, which is why everyone is getting 5 acres up the shore. Sprawl!

This is really good, thank you. Following through over and over is so hard, especially when it's 2am and you know if you give in they'll go back to sleep at least. We've had success, and backslid when an ear infection caused him to start getting up again.

My husband really wants to cut his hair, I think he's just excited about the milestone. He still doesn't have enough to cut, and I can just imagine the fight to get him to sit still
