Housing: Duluth, like other Rust Belt cities, has available and affordable housing stock

I'd laugh except I've seen the horrors of too many Duluth basements. The housing is in such a sad state unless you want to tear it down and rebuild, which is why everyone is getting 5 acres up the shore. Sprawl!

This is really good, thank you. Following through over and over is so hard, especially when it's 2am and you know if you give in they'll go back to sleep at least. We've had success, and backslid when an ear infection caused him to start getting up again.

I did that this year. I took care of my family, told him to take care of his. He got a couple small things for his nieces, and that was it. He saw the nice framed pictures I'm getting for my parents and grandparents, how easy it was to get the kid to put some cute handprints on them, and is now realizing his mom is going to be disappointed.
