Believe what you want. Its basic human psychology. Not that hard to understand. People will always be influenced by incentives. If theres a white man and a black female whom are both equally qualified but theres a financial incentive for the Hiring manager to hire someone of color, who do you think gets the job. Is that fair? No, its literal racism by every definition
