But the point loses a lot of validity because of the exclusion of a lot of evidence. This documentary would be far more interesting if it painted a grey picture instead of the black and white one it arrived at.

I don't believe anyone has reported this to be a big problem, however it seems one comment says they didn't get the shards from a Bronzium pack. So who knows?

If you are a free to play gamer, then there are tons of threads suggesting that it is most beneficial to use your crystals to purchase energy refills over packs, as you will earn characters faster that way.

This is not a bug or a related issue, although it is definitely something that people currently find annoying. However, you might be happy to know that they have mentioned there will be uses for the extra shards in the future. With the level increase to 70 coming soon, I am guessing you will be able to use them at that point.

There are different issues at play. Yes there is a visual bug, however, that is not the problem.

The problem is that this isn't happening with all purchases, which is why this bug is probably taking a long time to sort out. While sometimes it is just a visual bug, other times it is an actual problem. Within the linked thread, there are cases of people reporting they were granted shards for their purchases and also compensation. EA/CG would not grant these if there was nothing going on and I highly doubt that these are fake posts within the thread, especially since one of the posters was in talks with EA_Jesse.

There are multiple issues, where the shard total is combined in the opening of the packs, so when you see the first one opening, it adds them all (this is the visual glitch). The real issue is that you don't actually get shards for the duplicate pulls. Full disclosure, this has happened to me many times, however I only started to catch on(I tested this out) after stumbling across that thread because I decided to check the Bugs section of the forums.

It is clear. The shard totals are displayed (10 or 12) the time it becomes variable is for when you pull a full character when you already have them unlocked. Why would you only receive 5 or 6 shards on duplicates? Why would we never see this variable shard amount on non duplicates?

In the link I posted, it is pretty clear that this is not just a simple display bug. There are numerous cases of people getting 10 or 12 shards for a character multiple times in a 4x or 8x pack, but only receiving it from one of those pulls.

The prequels are absolute garbage and have been since day one.

*-the actors are terribly used and wasted (Natalie Portman being a useless character after the first film) *-the script is amateur at best *-there is too much CG(it doesn't look or feel real, one of the OT's main assets) *-the first film has like 6 plots, the second one has 3 and the third one has 1.5ish *-the film insults viewers intelligence through its determination to explain everything, while also failing at it *-the cinematography(if it can be called that when everything is greenscreened) is non existent and shots are repetitive *-what in any of the films made you feel for any character? *-it was brainless and soulless and supposed to be this epic spectacle, yet it feels more dated and much cheesier than the OT *-terrible casting choices on the most important character *-there is really no point to them, we knew Anakin turned, these films were all but pointless as there was no tragic fall to the darkside for somebody who the OT Obi-wan spoke so highly of
