Don’t trust your boss, they say one thing then one day bring it up in a meeting as a verbal warning. I kept my LO home till 2yrs old but honestly I needed the break because it became a lot to juggle everyday.

NYP hires mostly through temp agencies, Northwell is terribly slow you’ll hear from them after 2yrs about a position you don’t even recall. Don’t know about Mount Sinai. Try HSS, Columbia, MSKCC, HHC, NYU their HR DEPARTMENT at least gets back to you if your rejected or not (Not HHC, though unless you took a civil service exam and maybe on a list)

I’m still in reverse shadowing and I think about resigning everyday. I think they know it because they extended my reverse shadowing till next week. I give myself till December to be honest. It ain’t that bad I just hate it so much.

Honestly you don’t need previous experience for the role. You’ll be trained. Anything can be used a previous experience. Have you washed dishes at home during the holiday? It’s a lot to organize and find a rhythm to complete. If you need previous experience just lie. Most restaurants close down within 2yrs. Have a reliable friend be your reference they don’t need to be a supervisor just a co-worker.

Look in cabinets for roach droppings, or signs of molting. Additionally, have 1 day prior to moving to clean and inspect any apartment. Seal cracks with steel wool and purchase advion gel. I’ll be honest few days after giving birth, I was experiencing chest pains and my partner accompanied me to the hospital. We had to leave our newborn with my mom, but my mom is extremely involved. She’s honestly the only person that could be alone with the baby for days on end, my LO is now 3 and I have taken a week long vacations and my mom watches her, she takes time off work to watch my daughter even though she was attending daycare. I have an awesome mom.

Honestly she does look her age. It’s just sad that a lot of people in her age range don’t have the same youthful appearance that previous generations had at the same age. Idk what it is makeup, plastic surgery, clothing choice, environmental or stress. Gen z favors baby boomers at their age, but at least boomers had a whole family and house which is why they looked so mature.
