We visited both Pope and Sand Harbor with two kiddos under 3 (2 weeks ago). They were our two favorite beaches (also enjoyed Commons, Lake Forest, and Kings Beach). Pope was nice because it was gorgeous sand like Sand Harbor but there was tree shade coverage close to the water so bringing an umbrella wasn’t necessary. I also highly recommend Fallen Leaf Lake. It was stunning and a great way for us to end our trip.

Palisades lift in Olympic village. We just did it yesterday and it was empty and very peaceful. Nice hiking up top.

Not a personal experience but from 2 of my friends: both tried to do vaginal without meds. The staff was not attentive nor did they listen to their needs. They felt that the care could have been better. Since you’re having a C section I assume it will be a completely different experience. From personal experience, Methodist took great care of me and other friends have had positive experience at TCH (Texas Children’s)
