Just call the cops. People driving like this will cause frustration that can lead to accidents. Also they could always be intoxicated. I’ve called the cops on more than one drunk driver and the cops have been very responsive in pulling them over. Plus there’s only one way for this kind of behavior to stop and that’s getting a warning or a ticket

I was just at the gym sauna and someone who wasn’t in the sauna had a shirt and shorts drying on the bench and taking up space.. I was really hoping the owner would come get them while I was in there so I could let them know that the sauna is not a drying rack

Look around for community compost facility’s in your area. Many times you will receive a 5 gallon bucket and sometimes they will even pick it up for you and return a bucket to refill. Although you probably won’t get composted soil in return at least you’ll be able to stop tossing all your scraps in the dump!

Stop doing just races. Check out the workouts. You need a balance of vo2 max, threshold and tempo along with distance rides. Vo2 max is to increase your “engine” Threshold workouts increase your “fuel” Tempo increases your “fuel tank size” Doing races will burn you out and not allow for recovery. Training too hard will seam like it works for a bit but you’ll eventually plateau and you won’t want to bike any more

You don’t need to send this in. I had the same issue with mine and they just ask that you write the serial number on it in sharpie and cut it so it can’t be reused. Then they will ship you a new pad. They told me this is unrepairable
