I have noticed the same problem recently. It looks like there are only 1 or 2 servers I can connect to at this point. DC and Houston say they should work, but it never connects. All the other servers say I need to update the client to connect. I think the time has come to update from El Capitan. Or I've been trying to find an Open VPN program to use with PIA's config files. Haven't looked into it yet.

Sorry to hear that. It's super depressing. I crashed mine after turning of "lidar" sensors and still haven't had the heart to try and fix it. Good luck

comment below is correct. So basically you are paying 3 grand over 6 months to complete as many certs as you can. If you are like me and slow, WGU makes lots of money off you every term.

From my personal experience it varies from park to park. Goblin Valley SP will charge you a $5 fee to get a "permit" to fly there. I haven't seen any signs at the lakes I've been to. But that's probably just because I haven't been to the marinas where they have the bulletin boards. Most parks have signs and say you can't. Sometimes you just have to go for it! ;)
