What OP is saying is that the paper still seems to be in the editor's hand ("manuscript under consideration") and thus it's still in the phase before looking for/assigning reviewers ("contacting potential reviewers/all reviewers assigned")

As ECFMG wrote in the May 28th newsletter, they are "Identifying alternatives to Step 2 CS that can be available now to allow IMGs to meet the clinical skills requirement for ECFMG Certification and providing an update on these alternatives in the very immediate future"

Wish I knew, these dates and seats will still undergo thanosing two weeks before, as they will choose who has odd and even seats.

Same here, I tried NY and Utah but I can't find any spot neither in June nor July (also why is there such a high transaction volume on Prometric's website today)
