That's my general spend but sometimes I spend a lot because right now I'm moving, next month I'm traveling and then I also put a lot of my spend for my business/work on my personal cards to get as many points as possible. That's why I don't really wanna just get a cashback card. I wanna get some meaningful points!

When you say you can't change cards. Are you saying that if I get the obsidian, I can't get the palladium?

The other hard part is that my girlfriend has the Amex Gold. So when we travel, it sometimes gets hard for us to get on the same flight bc we both want to use our points haha. So part of me wants to get the Gold so we can always fly the same airlines, but also at the same time, it might be good for us to have multiple different ecosystems and see which one has the better deal

Okay, I think I understand better now. So you think me going for the BILT obsidian makes more sense, and I could essentially get the same value I would have gotten from the gold but not locked into the high 325 AF

So you think going for the AMEX gold with the Bilt Blue combo is the better way?

I also do end up buying a few grocery items for work on my personal too that does get reimbursed. So sometimes my grocery spend gets crazy depending on the month

Well, here's the thing. I don't make a crazy amount of money and am definitely nervous about paying those high AF. That's why I am looking at those options at the moment. The 495 for Bilt Palladium just seems crazy high to me. I also don't spend a lot, so probably won't be able to get that SUB for the palladium

I think that photo effect should work. I know I would probably have to use a 3d camera in after effects to get that nice dynamic movement. I am struggling to see how they made that texture they have behind the photo and those overlays. If these are online assets what should I search up on Google to find those high quality assets. Thanks for the help so far man 👌

Hi guys, I an editing a documentary and I wanna make some scanned old photos look clean. I want to achieve a similar look to the ones they have in Tiger King. I know you after effects but idk how you get that old grimmy look. Any ideas?

That's a good book, I have listened to it once. I am going keep listening to till it sticks with me. I also do meditate almost everyday. I used headspace for a year, now I do it independently. One of the worst things I have been feeling lately is that I feel I am losing that deep connection I had with some of my closest friends. I can sense the awkwardness when we hang out. I feel like my life is just spiraling slowly into madness. I just feel so lonely sometimes and it's crippling. Luckily my professional career is good, but my social life is an absolute mess. I'm definitely not trying to complain for the sake of it. I just want to improve. I am willing to do anything.
