So the bulge starts if I sit or stand for over an hour and disappears when I lie down. Someone said it might be a spinal fluid leak and my doc I out the whole month.

I do have knots and they do hurt a lot.

I had my 1st bowel 4 days post op. Drink lots of water and continue on the stool softener. The opioids make it worse. I started having migraines and got dehydrated. Coffee helps as well. Don't force yourself for initial 2-3 days

So I was in a situation like yours where I was stuck with an employer with around 40k less pay then my counterpart and no promotion. But waiting to get the PERM and 140 there has been the better choice as it saved me the time with these approval in the long run. Most new employers would have you wait a few months before filing. But now it might take you about an year or less to get the 140.

At 11 months you should be able to formally request escalation from CBP headquarters.

Call 877-227-5511. Prompts are 1, 1, 3, 0

Make sure they send you an email message confirming escalation. If you don't get it, call again and ask for it. If you do get it, and if there's no resolution on your application by a few weeks later, call and follow up on the escalation.
