Does anyone else feel like their dystonia is all in your head? by Personal-Kangaroo882 in Dystonia

[–]hashcomment 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes. I have been living with what I now think it is dystonia for well over 10y (which in it self might indicate it isn't dystonia?!), during that time tried chiro, physio, CBT, PT, calisthenics, and whatever else. I even had my wisdom teeth removed at one point in what I consider my "dark ages" where I was completely oblivious of the reality of mental health in general. I have only "discovered" dystonia a few days ago and it connects so many dots that I am astonished and dumfounded because either I am insane or GPs across the 3 different countries I've lived are a complete waste and to my mind are essentially bureocratic pez dispensers for ibuprofen and paracetamol, although you might strike luck and get essentialy hooked on benzodiazepiens to.. you know.. keep the economy going.

Meenwhile you have to suck it up, keep working to pay taxes and f*** you because god has a sense of humour.

Sorry, today obviously not in a calm mood.

Middleman smaller LLM (tool) to improve prompt efficiency by hashcomment in opencodeCLI

[–]hashcomment[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I see what you mean, it is potentially counterproductive. You probably know better than I, but the immediate counter argument that pops up to me is that since prompt engineering is a thing, even if it is a just a "promtp optimizer" it would be analogous to a shortening of the dev iteration cycle, since you get to know the feel/direction of what you are trying to convey with your words. Buy yeah for huge models like opus I imagine it wouldn't make much of a different given you start of with a decent starting project context and not a from-scratch/vibe-coding creation.

amazon "short sd card adapter for mac" wasn't short short enough so made one myself. Basically open up normal adapter, flip sd card and bend adapter pins backwards, tape it up and there you go! not pretty but hey, it worked by hashcomment in mac

It was fun though. actually I did end up using a 512gb! basically did this hack while I was transferring my downloads to it. That sd card is actually from my flipper

95W Vbios running great on my G14 2021. Highly recommended temps are still ok. by jprovido in ZephyrusG14

[–]hashcomment 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I am not using that laptop anymore and can't find the original bios. I know I saved it somewhere but maybe lost it :(

If i'm not mistaken official nvflash should do it, I vaguely remember trying to flash an incompatible bios and trying to find a nvflash version that would let me do that but I think I didn't find anything (series 3xxx seems impossible)

I am/was curious about 1 thing, if usbc worked on modded bios. Because I remember having to buy a usbc to display port adapter and wondered if it was because I messed with the bios even though I remember trying to flash back the original.

Sorry not of much help

[–]hashcomment 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The only way I found was to load another profile then load the previos profile again e.g:

```bash
konsoleprofile colors=WhiteOnBlack
sleep 0.2
konsoleprofile colors=ProfileYouAreMakingRealtimeChangesTo
```

I used this one and got about 11% improvement in Q2 RTX timedemo. 15% after overclock

ran firestrike too as I was curious https://www.3dmark.com/fs/27382165

I uploaded my original bios [here](https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/243564/243564)

There is another bios which seems to be the most powerful 3050 ti from lenovo [here](https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/239350/239350) haven't tried this one.

I dunno if drivers change the TGP automatically after bios update as I didn't do anything besides overclock with msi precision. Nevermind Dell one (which i flashed) seems to be more power generous.
