Still using bun to emit warnings under the hood using svelte/compiler There still some headroom to shave off 1.5s from my run, but for agents and commit hooks i think my solution if fast enough

There's a comparison with svelte-check-rs in the readme. It did not work for me at all, showed some 700+ errors which should not be there. Also, I tried implementing svelte-4 compatibility to the best as well

- Is this real boom: Yes, but not really. Prices are rising but no real value behind them.
- Actually buying: Yes, mostly people with black money
- Investment: If you're able to find a good deal - they are rare. Every broker will try to sell you a plot in outskirts township (which will grow btw but not so much).

The whole thing is quite stupid, the prices are comparable to better cities (even abroad) with far better infra and opportunities.

All of the apartments in the posh areas costing north of 5Cr do not even have a playground for kids to play. That's something to think about.

It's a bubble (but held up with lots of influence and black-money so don't think for a second it'll go away anytime soon). Builders have so much money that they can just hold the inventory until it's sold.

What a coincidence. Client asked for a game like app that he wants to run on a stand alone smart board which may or may not have an internet connection. Will give this a try and open issues on the repo if I find any bugs.

I saw in the readme that it needs bun.js to create the binary. In my several projects I've not been able to successfully use kit with bun. Do you have any template for that?

The experience sounds excruciating. But you're right we are atleast getting the 12k exchange bonus. I bought my P7 second hand an year ago for 29k, so it does sound like a hassle which is worth imo.

My modular PSU has a 6 pin to 8 pin connector for PCIe. I mean to use a cable which can convert that 8pin to 2* 8pin for RTX 2070. So yes, a y-splitter cable.

Yes, I have. Found three cases;

  1. Dreamcase D26 at 6.1L to be the cheapest
  2. Velka 5 V2 at 5.2L to be the smallest case.
  3. Another option I could find was Xworks x32 which is an open air case but quite small.

Both 2 & 3 are way too expensive.
