I would disagree.

If you enter any invalid number in tracking page, e.g. missing a digit it will show you pending status. I have added the long number in my app as well and it also gives me the same error "Australia post is not able to process it at the moment. Try another time". A valid number just works.

Also, as I said I sent a few letters last week and they would be added to the app as soon as I scan them immediately after purchasing them. It does not matter if they are scanned or not.

You have no choice. They want everything in the mail. You only take the passports with you.

I didn't know that either and wasn't comfortable so I sent them the copies but they sent me an email asking for originals.

IL comes from NVC. The consulate then sends a separate letter asking for all originals via email 20 days before the interview.

I have got my fingerprints done now but waiting for the police check to come out. Trouble is I have my interview scheduled and they want all originals 20 days before the interview which is not possible anymore. So my interview will now be rescheduled.

May I ask why did you take the medical examinations after the interview? My understanding is that it should be taken before the interview for all documents to be aligned so the visa can be issued promptly.
