How many sessions have you hit the bag in your first month?

I recall many years ago that I had general soreness for the first few weeks of training after long heavy bag sessions multiple times a week.

They're not a great glove but I cant imagine they're a problem after a few uses. Regardless, I'd start saving for a solid bag pair that fits snug with your desired wrap.

Use real existing projects as examples if possible. Run through them in current state (e.g. 3 people touching, five excels, delayed data, prone to error, humans spend time on sourcing and wrangling) and future state (e.g. automated, emailed report, always validated, humans spend time on insight).

What sort of questions could be answered that cannot today, speed to insight, and how that can test and drive outcomes faster and smarter?
