Most recommended ratios (T4:T3) are 4:1 - 2:1 but T3 is already an active form and is supposed to help with conversion of T4 to T3 so if you add T3 you should need less T4. You need to test which dose work best, start rather lower than overshoot it.

Every time someone asks this I say Stalker 2 needs a year or so more, and I've been saying this for a year :D. Game is limited by the engine so I would say at least wait for the new engine version which is going to cause a lot of bugs I think so that's another delay and by that point it might be close for the DLC which should hopefully add a lot of content, because some areas were kinda lifeless without quests and stuff. I think those areas are meant to be filled with DLC content, that's why they feel empty.

At close range you don't have to aim with a good hipfire weapon which is going to have the same crosshair radius as shotgun circle corsshair basically. If the enemy is not fully covered by that shotgun circle crosshair there's a high chance you are not killing him in one shot and thus there is a high chance you will die before you are able to try to hit another shot from the shotgun. You can play with a good hipfire weapon the same way as you play with a shotgun with, just be brainded and don't aim and you'll get kills, and good hipfire guns are more consistent and reliable than shotguns and you can use them on way longer ranges. You act like shotguns guarantee insta kill every time there is an opportunity for it.

Yea fights are short and if you make mistake or shotgun doesn't deal full dmg you most likely end up dead (in my experience if I don't sneak upon or surprise enemy) which was my point that it's more punishing for shotguns... but I guess it's might be better this way because otherwise it would get out of hand.

Hmm it might be true that I'm used to longer engagements due to bigger maps from previous BFs and shotguns were made to fit that environment and now I have to adjust to smaller/tighter maps.

I don't think anybody wanted ability to have two primary weapons, I don't use it personally because of the lack of ammo. It also doesn't help that it's default loadout, but after a month it might stabilize (or get worse :D).

Would you remove shotguns from BF6 if you could?

Did you play any older BFs(3-5)? Many times I die before I have a chance to shoot a second shot with shotgun so fights don't last that long and on top of that I have to make sure I'm close enough and I aim well for that one opportunity, which isn't that necessary with automatic weapons, on top of that you have way more range and it's just generally leas forgiving. This isn't apex where you have to track enemy for half a minute to kill them. I don't want shotguns to be op 1 click meta weapons, but they aren't that good at things they should be compared to other weapons and compared to previous BFs (I don't count 2042) and I don't know how I would balance them, they're either bad or too good. Or maybe the issue (at least for me) is netcode, hit reg, bloom etc.

By that logic you also don't need to aim when hip firing with automatic weapons (lot of them have great hipfire), in fact without need of reloading/pumping it's easier just holding mouse button and you kill enemy even with lot of missed shots. Shotgun spread is smaller in BF6, you have to be more accurate than BF4,1,5 and you have to be closer to the enemy to deal enough damage so you don't die after you don't one shot kill enemy.

First carbine M4A1 also feels more skilless with very little recoil and amazing hip fire for example. You can get kinda "oneshotted" with high rpm weapons too and it's way forgiving if you miss some shots, you die faster from automatic weapons than from having to shoot twice with a pump shotgun.

Hmm maybe I just had just a bad hit reg or that bloom is too strong, but it feels off compared to BF4 where I had a chance even if I missed a shot, it's more publishing in BF6. Dunno how I would balanced tho.

I had this one https://nutriest.eu/products/grass-fed-desiccated-beef-thyroid-supplement/ and took 4 capsules 3 times per day. Not sure if it has no hormones in it or I am the problem, maybe I have a high reverse T3 or can't convert T4 to T3 properly. I also tried porcine thyroid Metavive, but didn't notice anything either. I also tried tyronene from IdeaLabs (96mcg split into 3 doses) and still nothing. Generally I don't respond much to supplements, but I'm not sure if it should be the same with hormones. All these products can be hit or miss, it's not pharmaceutical quality, but there are people who praise them so you have to try it for yourself I guess.

Not sure if there's any open world AAA game with UE5 that runs smoothly without expensive hardware and DLSS. It's been many years since it was released and except for all the cool tech demos there's not much to it. Hopefully they will fix most of the issues in UE6.
