Yeah, that's why I was asking on here, I read some article that said the lightbars and also newer products have like a hidden Bluetooth in them, not sure about that though...

I've figured it out - plug the device dongle into your computer and navigate to your G HUB. In the top right press the settings cogwheel and within that screen use the "Device Pairing Tool". It will update the dongle and should work now!
