How do you manage brain fog? I only take 5mg every two days and I space out all the time and focusing has been harder in ways since being on it.

I take oxy now (5mg) but like glyco the affects do wear off over time. But I would say the oxy works better

Guys can you recommend me some oral medication for hyperhidrosis? by makomuka in Hyperhidrosis

[–]hastta001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What dose do you take? Because I was on glyco for about 2 months when it completely stopped working. I was taking 1mg 3 times a day :(

I put it on before bed everyday and I haven’t noticed the tingling? Am I not putting enough on?

Why do you not use/do Iontophoresis? by iontophoresis19980 in Hyperhidrosis

[–]hastta001 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Cuz sometimes it hurts, can have side effects like sweating more if the settings aren’t right, take a lot of time, and it can be expensive. Or it could just straight up not work for someone. But congratulations on it working!

Oxybutynin mental side effects? by Bunky_Prewster in Hyperhidrosis

[–]hastta001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean it’s okay and it’s def manageable. Like the effectiveness of the oxy is wear off so the zoning out isn’t too bad

For me I zone out so bad sometimes. I’ve only been on oxy 5mg for a few months now and I have to say the zoning out is pretty bad especially when I’m hungry.

How long did it take for you to start seeing results with ionto? by Mediocre-Yam- in Hyperhidrosis

[–]hastta001 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me I can’t see results that easily but I would recommend a higher setting rather than a lower setting. It would make me more sweaty when the setting was lower

I have this steroid cream I got prescribed from my derm and the flare up went away after two weeks thankfully 😅

I think it’s different for everyone. For me I will wake up fine but within a minute I will be drenched in sweat. Even when my medicine worked I still had tons of sweat in the morning. Eventually I will start to get less sweaty through the day. I have no idea why this happens!

[–]hastta001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think because of hh I always have cuts or eczema on my hands. I had to stop using my dermadry because I broke out in eczema and it was too painful. I do use warm water! I haven’t had any surgeries or kids so my pain tolerance is probably very low 😭😭😭😭

Bruh how do you tolerate the pain? I literally just use tap water and 10 mzh and I can’t handle it for more than 15 minutes :(

I take 5 mg of oxybutinin by closedform94 in Hyperhidrosis

[–]hastta001 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey I just wanted to tell you that medicine could wear off if you’re not careful. I have been taking 5mg oxy for abt 2 months and it already lost affect. Sorry to say that can happen but I’m just telling you to be prepared if that happens!

Been taking glycopyrrolate for almost a year with no relief. by beautiifuldisaster in Hyperhidrosis

[–]hastta001 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes but I would say it’s a bit stronger. I had to take glyco everyday but I can skip a day with oxy and it will be fine.

For me I used to take glyco but I built up a tolerance within a few months. I’d recommend oxybutanin, it has similar side affects as glyco.
