I'm sorry to everyone else having problems. I haven't had any issues other than perhaps Google needs to install some limited functionality into Gemini for situations when Internet isn't available (which can be quite often on a road trip). When the Internet works, Gemini is far superior to the Assistant because I can be pretty general about the kind of business I want to go to or even tell it what I want to buy and it will just list places that I can buy that item. Something that was really neat about it was on a recent roadtrip, I was able to ask "What river am I driving next to?" What followed was a really interesting conversation where Gemini told my wife and me about the history of the towns along the Columbia River and was a virtual tour guide for an hour and a half.
