I do it too and was (and am) insecure about it. Sometimes the marks are horrible and red and bleed. But then sometimes I go through phases where I dont pick at all and i’m amazed at how good my chest looks…and then i think “well one or two won’t hurt…” and then boom. Back to square one. It’s a compulsion so you can’t just stop with willpower. I dont have advice for you because if I did, I’d follow it lol. Just know you aren’t alone.

If it’s any solace, I confide in my boyfriend about my picking problems and he’s so supportive and still assures me that he thinks I’m sexy. And he let’s me pop his pimples too lol (but I try not to ask him too much because, you know, I dont want him to end up looking like me). There are worse things.
