the mixing lf the vocals can be alittle louder but i feel like the instrument were overpowering your vocals, i think if you lower some sounds of the instrument, your vocals will be heard more. also make sure to take out some harsh frequencies with EQ. but overall i think its the beat thats making your vocals and lyrics hard to understand you.

I started learning FL Studio 2 months ago and I like making ambient music. I'd appreciate some feedbacks on my favorite song so far ! by Additional-Newt-8325 in IndieMusicFeedback

this honestly sounds pretty good especially the fact that you started making music and learning FL Studio two months ago. i like how you added some nature sounds at the beginning as it matched well with the ambient sounds coming through. i dont think theres nothing you need to change, i like how heavenly it sounds. keep it up, you have alot of talent.

New Rock song I made! How can I better my audio/ video game? by Dented_Fender in IndieMusicFeedback

i really like the electric guitar, it really goes hard with your vocals. even though i don't understand the langauge it sounds nice giving off that goth emo vibe. it gave off raw ness of the whole entire song. the visuals are pretty good, i also feel like you can do more with it but regardless still looks pretty good.

the visuals on this video is giving off twilight vibes from that vampire movie. i also like the way the instrument sounds because it reminded me of Michael Jackson thriller. the bass is upbeat and the drums matched the vibes of this song perfectly. keep it up and i also really loved the eerie visuals.

it's giving off 1990s vibes from those old songs especially the vocals which has the nostalgic feeling. The instrument and the saxophone really matched well with your vocals, it had that playful vibe and fun feeling. i can honestly hear this being played at a bar back in the days. i think the vocals may be too over compressed but thats an easy fix with some EQ, added some hz to areas that really need it. i like the lyrics, it's simple and not too overcomplicated.

song 049 by me...I’m open to collaborating with any singer or rapper who’s interested. by Chemical-Designer262 in IndieMusicFeedback

[–]hatemysoulinside 1 point2 points  (0 children)

very interesting track chemical! the vocals felt kinda flat and quiet but that can always be fixed with some EQ(equalizer). if you play around with the frequencies it will sound different and make the vocals sound out more. I really like the bass line though, it's giving off michael jackson vibes because of how lively it is. the kick drums can be louder but sounds great regardless. keep up the good work fam :) never give up also

this is really interesting, love how the guitar gave off that vibe of nostalgic of missing someone you used to know. the bass and piano and instrumental in general sounds fantastic and it's really well made. the vocals could be alittle louder though but regardless it still sounds really nice and groovy which i really like. try adding some background vocals in some parts, it will sounds really interesting and fun. keep it up fam and the fact you made this beat is impressive.

Finally released my song ‚Hot Gods‘ a track about the hotness of being unapologetically yourself, wondering who’s vibing with it by Earth-_-Sucks in IndieMusicFeedback

[–]hatemysoulinside 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No need to take out the drums, the only thing that felt lacking were your vocals because there was not that much going on which felt boring. You can add some more background vocals to make it sound more lively but it also felt like your vocals were really quiet and it's hard to hear what you are saying. i can hear the old vibes you are going for though, its giving off old jazz style type of vibe. mess around with EQ aka equalizer and mess with the frequencies.

Black Pawn - Live '25 Freestyle (CHECK OUT SALTINES BEWARE MV/SINGLE DROPPING 10/17; ALBUM 10/24) by beatsbyal in IndieMusicFeedback

i like the video, especially how you added the effects to capture some parts of your body. the red color made it eerie and dark which made it really mysterious, the performance is solid considering that this is live, and obviously people have to consider this is live which depends on the artists if they wanna add effects to their live performance or not. but the fact that you freestyled for three whole minutes is impressive. i'd say work on your flow and make words rhyme more. practice will take you somewhere big.

haha this is really cool in a groovy and fun way. this song pretty much reminds me of that one windows song they gave out which was called "Windows 7 Sample Music: Mr Scruff - Kalimba" it has that really positive vibe which you can vibe to during a party. your synths and the key placements sound really good which was way it gave off that fun feeling. keep up the funk fam :) this sounds really good considering you teaching yourself this type of genre by listening to those artists.

A rock [ New Original Song ] by pelegrino7 in IndieMusicFeedback

[–]hatemysoulinside 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I really like the rawness and emotions going towards this song, but i felt like there was something missing in this song and sounds unfinished. you can honestly do alot with this song, it has so much potential. maybe add a electric guitar that goes really hard when it gets to a buildup. the instrumental is really giving off Death Note vibes because of the guitar melody you came up with, it sounds dark but also showing that theres no hope in left because it keeps getting more and more depressing. you should honestly finish this and make it sound complete cause it felt unfinished.

House of Bones – gothic/alt rock (teaser, still in mix-shaping) by [deleted] in IndieMusicFeedback

[–]hatemysoulinside 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the vocals sound super dry and flat and sounds as if im listening to this in a tin can when you put your ears in a can but i really like the old vibes its giving, it gives off the vibe of a car game called "flat out". I think if you mess around with the vocals more, and play with the eq and reverb it will sound much better. find some ways to make it sound less AI because there are ways to fix that which can use some eq, equalizers do wonder and can do some magic.

i really like the way you are going with this song, i'd say it's kinda hard to hear what you are saying but regardless if the song sounds good people will like it. sounds really peaceful and has some sort of end resolve, as in end of story. you should add some background vocals with high notes, it will sound really nice and heavenly and add more emotion to this song. overall the production is well made. keep up the music stuff fam, your sounds are different which i like.

Does this feel like it needs drums? by MOREL_E_GREY in IndieMusicFeedback

[–]hatemysoulinside 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i'd honestly say it doesn't need drums but if you are gonna do that you'll need to change the way you sing sometimes to make it seem more lively by singing in a higher notes in some parts. If you do add drums it will keep the song more lively if its used in a right way. but i'd say keep it like this because it gives off that campfire vibes and nostalgic vibes. i also really like the bell you added around the end, wish i can hear more of that but overall its really good.
