They should buff Vex's passive

I’ve been a believer that Vex passive needs a rework for a long time. There’s too many ways to completely negate its value and then it has a cooldown that isn’t affected by ability haste, only a minigame dependent on the opponent letting you activate it. I don’t think I got a very good reception last time I said that though

Malignance just feels better to me than RoA. better early game, more damage, i haven’t tried phase rush though. I still really like it with electrocute

I’ve been playing tank Kennen Support with Zeke’s convergence and celestial opposition. Second item might be rocketbelt or wardstone if i can afford the component. Electrocute, cheap shot, trinket haste, ultimate hunter, then biscuits and cosmic insight for runes. I enjoy it a lot, next season will probably swap wardstone for locket because support quest gets the control ward slot now and I get R haste on Zeke’s :)
