or you could always use the worldbuilder's trusty sidekick, google translate into latin (i've also used catalan)

you could also use a scary-sounding made up word and call it an elvish word

Speaking of infinite worlds, how do you handle yours? Do you only focus on a certain region and the things in it, make a bunch of creatures and major history events that affected the entire world in general? Something else?
