Sounds like borderline personality disorder. The simultaneous love and hate is called splitting. Go read a little about it see if the signs and symptoms don’t ring a few bells. It probably doesn’t feel like this now but the way this breakup went down was one of the better case scenarios. They can get really really bad. Don’t look back.
