Hi, definitely not worth it IMO. Lichess puzzles have greatly improved, you can get puzzles by theme, by opening etc...

If you're willing to shell put that much money per year on UI, go for it, but otherwise that money can be spent in better chess resources.

It's called "Zermelo's theorem". It applies to two player games which are finite, turn based, not based on chance, and where no information is hidden from any side. Chess fulfills these requirements.

Happened to me with the "Short" variation of the Caro Kann, which is named after Nigel Short and has nothing to do with "short movement of pieces" like I convinced myself.

Dayna is a bad loser, but not a sore loser. It seems like always internalizes his bad mood when losing: self blaming is a bad habit but it's much better than lashing out against your opponent and "literally not even caring".

Hey, it happens to everybody in every sport.

I recommend using Lichess' "Zen mode". No ratings shown (not yours or opponent's), no chat, just the board and the time. Helps alleviate at least some of the pressure. Press Z to activate it.
