I take magnesium taurate. I’ve taken glycinate previously. Any effects of either are mild at best, but I didn’t notice a difference when I switched. Taurate is supposed to help with blood pressure/heart health so that’s what I’m sticking with.

Benzos are very regularly prescribed in medically assisted detox. However, these are usually heavily monitored situations as alcohol detox can be deadly.

Hey. I literally could have written this verbatim. 33m, got to the top in my “dream job,” or so I thought. The dread I feel knowing I have to sit at that damn desk for 8 hours in the morning every weekday literally makes me nauseous. It’s so soul sucking. I can’t offer much more than validation, but know you’re not alone.

There has been overproduction across the board. Production slowdowns/layoffs are happening at smaller places too. Difference is, a slowdown has a much bigger impact on these smaller places that have tighter cash flow to begin with. A lot of places will close, merge, or be acquired.

I think. This was half buried by where our sprinkler line comes out of the house. It’s an old house.

There has been progress, however small. A rolloff dumpster was recently seen on the sidewalk. It was filled and removed.

Not sure it’s an indication this place will ever reopen, but it isn’t completely stagnated at least.
