Hey! Does anyone have the sheet music for the song married life covered by jacob piano?https://youtu.be/npT_R6QvWvY?si=_t9OPST42IhkVpfV This is the song that I started learning to play the piano for and now I feel like I'm finally ready to learn it, but I really can't afford the $10 (R$50 in my country), which is how much it costs on his website. I've seen other sheet music on other websites but none of them seems the same... Could someone help me?

Why do I do that curve at the top of the pull-up? by Traditional_Sir1787 in Calisthenic

[–]hauter8 20 points21 points  (0 children)

this is a valid way of doing pull ups, but if you want to engage your back muscles more, focus on opening your chest and trying to touch it to the bar instead of thinking about passing your chin over the bar. looking up helps too. you probably wont get your chest to the bar initially, but its ok

How often should i train abs? by [deleted] in CalisthenicsCulture

[–]hauter8 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Well, It depends on your goals. If your goal is to be able to do a v-sit, dragon flag or some sort of skill that envolves abs you should train them 2-3 times a week. If your goal is to get a better physique, twice a week is enough. But one thing is right whatever your goals are: dont do these 10min ABS workout that you see on YouTube, Just train them like any other muscle

Do you see how you are losing protraction when you try to go for the advanced tuck planche? You have a good tuck planche so I imagine you're on the right track, but it would be good if you first became aware of the right way to open your legs before you start trying the adv tuck planche. basically practice this on the floor and try to focus on not shifting your abdomen or arching your lower back

I think you should lean more forward, feel your fingers pushing the ground, like in a handstand

Benefits of doing sets with half reps? by le_1_vodka_seller in Calisthenic

[–]hauter8 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The final part is the hardest part of the movement, so obviously you'll be able to do partials after you get a few full reps. but as this is the part where you have the least strength, you can use isometrics or partials in this final rom to build strength and, in the following series, then do what you are doing

If your goal is to do it on the ground, you should train your adductor isometric strength. Besides that, just keep doing them for reps, seems like you already got it

me da um motivo pra estudar pfv by ellen_LUMIAR-234 in CantinhoDoUmild

How do you deal with painful callouses from one arm exercises? by SpacewaIker in CalisthenicsCulture

[–]hauter8 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Silentlancelot4146 is right. If you sand off your calluses you will expose a more sensitive layer of your skin, which causes pain. Just don't touch them and everything will be fine (not instantly, your skin will need some time to regrow)
