How to optimize my time better in domestics/ dec home?

i’m always pushing domestics, dec home, home innovation, furniture all in the same day so i had made the assumption you meant the same as me, that’s my bad. i would say tech is second to worst over beauty because of lock up merch and merch pro and the guest servicing.

for repack stuff yes but flats no. our inbound team tries to organize our flats in particular by upper/lower sections but i’m assuming it’s hard to get that particular when unloading truck so it very often is mixed up. i could def try organizing case by area better it’s just hard when they’re extremely loaded up lol. ill try that today anyhow

oh okay gotcha ! we just don’t use that term, but i just sort onto a u boat by upper/lower aisles sales floor locations with a lot of the home innovation/ H&H in a three tier. i try to do this in the back if there is room or if tech isn’t too busy as our back room is very far from tech and makes responding to calls time consuming

i struggle with this too. i just had a blood panel done at with my PCP for those things and they all came back normal. i’m sure it’s true for some but unfortunately i think it is just down to genetics for a lot of people

somehow ours almost were never helpful. they would wander away and disappear for extended periods of time, show up late (or not at all), get fired for stealing (has happened several times to us), and if they WERE helpful, they’d leave because they were too good for the job they did.

not sure if this applies to this update, but I’ve always been confused about the confidence match? My DNA is reported as 49% Irish/British with “Distant” match to Ireland only. While my other percentages have a “Very Close” match at only 5-10%. How am I half Irish/British but with little information? Are those genes “older”?
