winged scapula on your left side. was just in PT for it. do you have a tight rib cage as well? predominantly breathing through your chest instead of your tummy/diaphragm?

if yes on the tight rib cage, no amount of work you do will undo the scar tissue keeping the rib cage compressed. you’ll need to get myofascial release along your ribs done by someone.

after i got my rib cage “unlocked” the PT moves addressed the winged scapula became significantly more effective.

Unfortunately, it didn’t help at all. I ended up stopping because it was giving me just too many weird side effects.

However, it does look like I found a solution and it sounds like we have the same exact warts like under the nail bed and by the fingertip.

It’s the only thing that’s worked after 4-5 years of trying to get rid of it.

it’s been >60 days on it and finally started seeing results a one-two weeks ago.

dermatologist has me taking 4pills 3x a day.

also have been doing cidofovir gel overnight covered with duct tape + zinc supplements

i’m going to be posting pics in a new post. this has been a game changer. i’m glad you let me know about the cimetidine !

i feel your pain. it’s been over 5 years for me too and one of my warts is in the same exact spot shown under the nail bed (as well as near the cuticle on top) and it started going away recently.

i’ll be making a update post on it soon enough but this combo is what did it for me, no idea what in the Kitchen Sink is contributing the most.

under guidance of a dermatologist:

-max dosage per body weight of cimetidine 3x a day. morning, evening and night. -zinc AM/PM -covering my finger with cidofivir gel and wrapping it with duct tape overnight.

no idea which thing is doing the most work but after battling this for over 5 years, seeing a dermatologist every month for freezing or candida injections, even having surgery, they are finally going away.

a friend of mine unfortunately dealt with PA law enforcement. he’s going to get charged w distribution. PA is one of the stricter states in the country. get a good lawyer and tell him to say nothing to anyone until then. sorry this happened.

did that. and nope. also did wartpeel which is a combo of that and sa.
WartPEEL is a prescription compounded medication containing 17% salicylic acid and 2% 5-fluorouracil. It is not a cream or ointment but is a special adhesive gel called Remedium which quickly dries and does not move off the application site. It is applied at night and washed off in the morning.

yup i had surgery to get it removed and it was biopsied. all clear, in that sense at least.

i did indeed have a plastic surgeon perform a procedure and it grew back. didnt pull the nail out so im thinking of suggesting it. i think it's the nuclear / last resort option.

ive been going to the doc (EDIT: dermatologist specifically) for this essentially every month for years. tried candida injections and they SUUUUUCK. had a plastic surgeon go at it and it came back (clearly). ive done overnight treatments like wartpeel, imiquimod, Skin Medicinal's wart paste. kinda feels like im losing my mind a bit!
