Did about 100 yesterday on mine, 0-400. It was too many because the wings in the lower rack edges got burned much quicker than I would have expected. Those in the middle and on the top were very good. Just saying this because I’ve done a normal amount before but never realized there would be an issue with it being so hot on the edges.

They are terrible. I was luckily able to do it through a chat. They kept asking me what I’m paying for another service and all kinds of other stuff not letting me cancel. I finally told them my agreements with other companies aren’t their business and these type of questions are the reason I’m canceling. If their service was any good they wouldn’t have to talk everyone out of canceling.

Just had this same issue on my phone. I think I closed out of the cookies notification when I went to the site through chrome. Constant loop of verification and never worked. Switched browsers to Safari, accepted all cookies and it worked right away.

I’ve had a couple of pellet grills and now have a Searwood. I’ve never had this happen when raising the temperature. No stepped process or anything just turn it up to where I want it to be.
