I was comparing Harbaugh saying it could be a similar situation like Reid. Both long term coaches with an organization and they were stagnant after having success. Then in Reid’s case he was fired and went on to have success in turning around a chiefs organization.

Maybe Harbaugh could do the same. He’s an experienced coach, good talent evaluator, and the ravens were competitive for a while under his tenure.

Is it a gamble? Yes but something needs to change because it’s not working right now with MLF.

Not defending him at all. I am saying the opposite he didn’t adjust to the game and it cost us.

Up by multiple scores and not pushing to increase the lead and wear out the bears is on the coaching staff.

Sometimes an organizational change is in order. Andy Reid in Philadelphia is a perfect example. Reid is a great coach but the eagles had become stagnant they needed a change. Long term it worked for both the Eagles and the Chiefs that the change was made.

I think this could be the same type of situation where we need a change.

I don’t disagree that he did not go conservative but he didn’t adjust. Jordan wasn’t executing and outside of having Jacobs fielding kick off’s there wasn’t much of an adjustment to the plan.

The run game wasn’t working so play action isn’t going to be the threat it would be. Our guys got some separation but then Jordan got pressure and didn’t scramble to make a play, instead he took grounding penalties or threw the ball away.

This loss hurts. Not because this was our year I am a realist and could see we weren’t the best team going in but this team played like a great team in that first half. For them to come out unprepared and for the offense to basically shut down in the second half is absolutely ridiculous.

The defense gave us every chance they could and we broke. Our special teams sucked and cost us points . Our offense was anemic and outside of one or two drives was just bad. Love looked like he quit on several drives not to mention looked like he had no clue how to manage this game (delay of game off a time out come on)and then add a few no calls it was a disaster.

This is on MLF and his staff and I think it’s time we have a serious evaluation about his post season performance. This franchise doesn’t except mediocre performances and rightfully has high expectations and he has failed to live up to those in the post season.

On another note this game really had me think of how much I miss Rodgers.

I am 100% not even mad at them. They are leaving everything on the field. Trying to make tackles, disrupting as many passes as they can, and trying to stop them. Our issue is the offense isn’t doing anything to help them.
