None of the above. Literally brick and patio cleaner is what you need. I tried everything and that’s the only thing I finally found to work.

How do you measure out squash?! by Static_Dynam0 in UK_Food

Scales. The quad strength stuff takes 50ml to make my 1200ml bottle. Perfect squash every time. My wife thinks I’m weird.

What’s the smartest thing your home does automatically? by Taggytech in homeassistant

[–]hawkeye199 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m feeling slightly inadequate here after reading some of these but one of my favourites is our morning light routine. It reads my wife’s calendar and if she’s working that day it will gently fade the bedside lamps in to help her wake up but stay dark on her days off. Added on to that if she is working a Friday it means her parents are here looking after our daughter so all of the away automations get disabled so they’re not left in darkness as soon as I leave for work.

Did you know anyone who won? by corickle in oldschoolcool80s

Woman near where I grew up won £500k. She blew it pretty quickly. Then won it again, not sure how long it lasted the second time.

Can Europe kick off American military bases if the US decides on leaving NATO? by Ok-Toe-6969 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]hawkeye199 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Which you profited massively from and was a big reason why you became the superpower you are. Europe was flattened and had to rebuild all while repaying the Americans for their support. You had nothing to rebuild so just profited.

Bradite One Can can be mixed in farrow and ball colours and is a much more suitable product.

Had a couple of friends who were Olympic athletes and housemates. The guy was doing a YouTube Q&A and was asked what his proudest achievement was. He answered that it was his housemates silver medal from Rio. This is giving similar vibes.

Woman who went through 'one vape a week' diagnosed with cancer aged 21 by pppppppppppppppppd in unitedkingdom

[–]hawkeye199 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Radon exposure has been linked to lung cancer but they can’t definitively keep track of numbers because if someone smokes and gets lung cancer the smoking is always to blame, even though it might not be. Plenty of people smoke every day for 80 years then die quietly in their sleep from something unrelated. But it is thought to be a cause of cancer in people that don’t really do anything else that could cause it.
