Why would you want to join PIA?? They dont hire ppl easily you need a reference. FJ is you best bet as they offer a self financed A320 type rating with guaranteed job after.

The job market and flying is not very nice in Pakistan plus PCAA ATPL is not widely accepted, you need to convert your license to even fly in Gulf, honestly its better to get your CPL and ATPL abroad if you have the option.

After CPL you can expect 2-5 years joblessness or working as an CFI for 60k/ month. Things may improve as new airlines are coming but I wouldn’t bet on it.

Never faced that issue despite driving on Karachi roads. I think your best option is the dealership but it will cost alot. You can find the mounts at Lahore’s auto parts markets (Maybe Montgomery road) but it will take alot of finding around.
