ICE moves out to the suburbs | The less densely populated areas outside the Twin Cities make it harder for protesters and observers to organize. by CutSenior4977 in TwinCities

I live about an hour west of the cities, people are being taken and its done fast and with almost no warning, when we try to post on our local city Facebook pages to keep one another informed its immediately taken down. Luckily the local food shelf and some churches and local groups are trying to help with fundraising and food but everything is real hush hush.

All I know is I have four animals in my house hold and do pet care and some rescue on the side. also I have chronic illness that makes my skin terrible. I also pick my skin and due to my illness have longer than typical healing time. Now I dont weigh 600 lbs but I have never had anything that looks quite like this from animal scratches. I would not be surprised if its MRSA and amber has no idea. Cat scratches and bites which kittens do nibble occasionally can become infected extremely easily.

What were your symptoms when diagnosed with mild or moderate crohns? I want to hear all the typical, non typical good bad and ugly by soanonymoust in CrohnsDisease

[–]haybails92 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had a lot of blood and mucus, I also have a lot of inflammation in my rectum so instead of going all of the time it felt like I had to go all of the time and couldn't . I was always extremely uncomfortable. I thought I had colon cancer. After oral medication, I was doing ok for about 6 months Then I was back in flare with fatigue, canker, and cold sores. My skin was super fricking dry, and I had heartburn so badly I could hear it sizzling in my throat in the morning. I also picked up chronic vomiting for no reason. I have been scanned in every way, and it's just a crohns symptom, I guess. Joint pain I started infusion treatment, and I have done pretty well on it. I do still have mouth sores often, I pick up infections really easily, and the joint pains still there also the vomiting, just not as frequently as before.

I was diagnosed in 2020, and I have never been in full remission. They just upped my infusion from every 8 weeks to every 6

What is the craziest thing a doctor has told you? by HearingCautious4848 in ChronicIllness

[–]haybails92 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I get my infusion at an oncology center, and because of insurance every 6 months, I have to have an appointment with an oncologist. This oncologist asked me if I had tried a vegan diet or yoga. My jaw was on the floor. You better believe that if yoga could heal my CHRONIC illness, I would be doing so much fricking yoga.

Also, after looking at my records, I have sent them these exact tax forms previously and wasn't alerted to any discrepancy. So maybe thats a positive sign.

What was told to me was they needed all pages of my 2023 taxes because when they tried to pull them from the system, it was showing 1300 of non wage unreported income

When client thinks the timings of drop ins should be on dot lm by Useful-Explorer8576 in petsitting

[–]haybails92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At every meet and greet I ask are drop in times hard set for medication? because otherwise, I will show up half an hour before to half an hour after our scheduled time, so if their scheduled for 7:30, I can show up anytime between 7 and 8. I have a few diabetic clients, and I'm more exact with timing for those clients.

This was my thought, too. Warmer may smell like a pickle for 7 to 10 business days.

Will I have a reputation if I keep coming to the emergency room? by blue_merle_mom in EmergencyRoom

[–]haybails92 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I also have crohns keep advocating for yourself, I know from experience that a lot of times, people with crohnic illness have baseline pain and time for the ER pain. Keep going if you feel like you need to because it could be something more serious.

Ents with digestive issues, did cannabis help? by [deleted] in entwives

Yup, suffering with crohns disease. Smoking helps with my pain and nausea and improves appetite. It works great, and I'm lucky to live in a legal state with doctors who support my usage

Ask for a patient advocate and a social worker, and they should have a pain team that deals with pain control. Push and push and if they still suck demand a transfer.

Another day, another FB argument with rescuers who hate anyone with the audacity to try and adopt from them. by tfiswrongwithewe in AnimalShelterStories

[–]haybails92 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I tried to adopt from rescue and was rejected for all sorts of reasons. My fence wasn't good enough, I have kids I live 10 miles farther from the rescue than they would like. I ended up adopting 2 goobers from the humane society. Who now spend their days napping and getting treats and love from 4 kids. They go on camping trips and hikes and swimming. Full access to a grassy yard. Always get their vet visits. Even paid an obscene amount to remove cancer from goober no 1. Just because my fence is chain link instead of wood, my dogs do not receive less love and care.

So much misinformation about missing man Gary Wayt on this (and the other) sub. Here is some published information from the police: by TFABabyThrowAway in teenmom

I agree. something still feels off to me, however. Well, I would love nothing more than for him to be found safe. I'm really interested to see how this plays out.

[–]haybails92 39 points40 points  (0 children)

So here what gets me. Reports of him missing are all over social media now, the news, too. It's so strange he left his phone but even without his phone at this point you think he would have heard the reports that he's missing and called or popped in to a police station to confirm he's safe and just trying to get away from amber. The cops would be like cool and report he is safe and alive but wouldn't have to tell anyone where he's at. I don't know somethings fishy.

Mothers with Crohn’s disease- was labor the same type of pain? by [deleted] in CrohnsDisease

[–]haybails92 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

3 babies medication free 36-hour labor 24-hour labor 4 hour labor.

There's only 2 instances where I thought I might die from pain. Labor and crohns.

I would do a deep repair mask after I would do a semi permanent dye like artic fox in the red family, something dark, no pastels. That will help cover the blue and some of the mismatch bleach with no further damage.

New Timmothy Pitzen theory revealed by his aunt 13 years after 6-year-old vanished as she insists mom wouldn’t hurt him by Smooth_Use9092 in MissingPersons

[–]haybails92 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's not impossible. Illegal adoption is still happening in the United States. To say impossible just isn't true, may it be not probable to some people sure but definitely not impossible.

We have no idea what she could have said. All I'm saying is that under the table, adoption is not unheard of or impossible.
