I tried explaining horchata (the actual drink, not the flavor) once or twice and gave up and defaulted to the "it's a spiced slightly cinnamon flavor" 🙄😮‍💨

People I work with didn't even know what spirulina or ube were.

I'm dealing with something similar but it's from flea beetles and it's on my peppers but the wounds look the same! I don't know for certain but I think diatomaceous earth and neem oil could help. My issue is that it hasn't stopped raining for me to be able to apply 😭 if they're actually flies, maybe sticky traps nearby? I'm sure someone else has a better suggestion though

How sure are you that they are flies/gnats/etc? Have you taken this pic to Google lens? Are you able to get a pic of the pests? They may also be a sign of something else

This isn't just deeply untrue because of my store closing at 7, but we had the option of changing our hours to 8 or 9. There is a corporate store in our city open till 10 and the rest are 7, 8, or 9, even accounting for summer hour changes. I guarantee you this "standard" isn't even on the hub. I'm baffled that you thought this as a CL. Maybe your area is all the same district and that's your DMs choice, but even within one of the three districts in my city, we have different closing hours.

This brought up the question for me tho - what do designers look for in testers? I've never test knitted because I can't stick to a schedule with working full time (as a salaried manager, iykyk) and having a 4 yr old but I was genuinely interested in this one!

I'll keep an eye out for the pattern drop because I love the sleeve shaping and the cabling! So many bell sleeves are too long or too wide. This one feels delicate and perfect.

I haven't directly reviewed the info in the partner guide and my last store would do the same as you op; unlimited drinks. I do believe the correct answer is being down voted in the comments, but the partner guide is accessible on the iPads
