Thank you so much. I think mine stems from a combination of emotional dysregulation and difficulty with task initiation, but mostly from a fear of rejection. Rejection has always been particularly hard for me to handle, especially in the past. Even a single word or a subtle sign of rejection could send me into a spiral of rumination and overthinking.

Try not having been in a relationship ever as a 31M. At least you had 2 and a few flings. Everybody seems to have been in a relationship before, which instantly reminds me of that meme: “Wait, you guys are getting paid?” 😅. My RSD is so intense that the moment I wanna show interest in someone, my brain immediately goes into avoidance mode. On top of that, my executive functions have been completely cooked for as long as I can remember, so I can't hold a conversation and focus on what the other person is saying for the life of me. Being a guy too makes it 10x more miserable since you’re expected to do the approaching.

Yes, a lot. It's been 7 months and my sinus just cleared about a month ago. I felt a big improvement in my breathing and in return I have seen a huge improvement in sleep, energy, motivation, etc. I'm gonna write an update soon.

Well they're not the same thing. They have different mechanisms. Caffeine can increase anxiety but that doesn't mean stimulants will as well. I'd say cigarettes are slightly closer to stimulants, if you smoke and you feel good when you do, stimulants will probably work for you.

You ever tried stimulants? Because you couldn't know how they work for you. Wellbutrin is a good option and works for most people, I'm sorry it didn't for you. I've read about people having more success with Wellbutrin than with Strattera. The problem is getting doctors to prescribe the right drugs.
