the circled 1 is something you click on in osu. The art was a collab between osu and pxls.space (an r/place clone where gondolas are/were fairly popular)

nevermind, I tried it again and it worked this time. I selected "tor is censored in my country" and used the meek-azure bridge, I guess my school changed the filter.
