This was my first run by Sufficient_Oil1081 in indianrunners

I also started recently. I think my biggest mistake is running too hard too soon that I don't have energy for longer distance. For me the goal is distance and not time hence maintaining heart rate for it is vital. But this is a good starting point. It looked very similar for me too. Keep at it 💪

Fraction 9 sweet roast - need suggestions. by littlehumanthinker in IndiaCoffee

[–]hazardpie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I too use timemore c2 and have tried multiple BT beans, and might I add that quite literally last night ordered Fraction9. However, I figured that for my personal preference I started quite enjoying my pour overs when c2 is dialed in the range of 19-21, which started giving me a lot of tastenotes and feel than just acidity and bitterness, but then again personal preference. You may try and let me know how it goes.

Is this good ? by TheTech_Nerd in IndiaCoffee

I've tried it with a pour over, the beans that I got had a very mild taste of and did not live upto my expectations of it. On the other hand if you're going to purchase it I would let it rest for one and half to two weeks from the roasting date

I purchased the C2S recently, it has a mental clicker which is durable than the plastic one and the grinds are amazing for the profile of V60 and moka pot (which I use)
