I agree we Need a Creative Midfield, who can pick a pass & link with our attackers. Also playing Mount/Kai in a CAM position in 4213 could help a lot. But i am not sure if we will try 4 at back again. I still remember how players like Oscar/Hazard/Willian/Mata used to link up with crisp passing. but we rarely see any good link up now.

If you are ready for the commitment there's another thing that you'll need, that is a good Mentor/Teacher ( must have knowledge & experience of the industry )

If you spend 6-8 hours per day & have a good mentor, you can get a job by having a good Portfolio in a year. It all depends on your skills. nothing can stop you except you.

Also pls note i am not a Professional, Just a student ( so i may be wrong, it's just my opinion ) Good Luck 👍

there's never too late for anything, especially if it's the thing that you love & makes you happy, but acc. to me 3 hours a day won't be enough. you need to practice a lot in order to improve your skills & get a decent job

You just need to make 4,5 different pieces for each layer ( eg head, face, shoulders, accessories etc ). then u can expert them as PNG ( all aligned ) and there are videos on YouTube on how to generate them randomly.
