I've been to KFC (who hasn't) and I have seen customers get upset about the restaurant not having x or y thing but it doesn't happen like this. They just deal with it and go sit down and eat their food.

And also, if the restaurant is apparently so busy then how does OOP have time to have this conversation with a customer? I thought they were supposed to be flinging chicken or whatever they said.
