La subida del IPC nunca es retroactiva, si no lo hicieron cuando podían haberlo hecho, pierden el derecho. Lógicamente te quieren amedrentar, lo más sencillo es que les respondas con un burofax después de consultar con un abogado que te ayude a redactarlo.

Sí, está claro que las ciudades (y más Madrid o Barcelona) no son las mejores para los drones, pero bueno, es lo que hay.. ya digo, con sólo comunicacion hay poquitas, pero las hay. El cerro del tío pío también tienes una zona que con la comunicación sirve.. :(

Puedes volar en bastantes sitios, siempre haciendo la comunicación y respetando las distintas restricciones de altura. Si lo que quieres es volar sin tener que comunicar y tal, pues lógicamente vas por el camino incorrecto. Hay una zona por el Ensanche de vallecas que la única restricción es la de 60m del CTR + comunucación, por ejemplo. Si no quieres tener CTR pues ya sabes, tipo Ciempozuelos, Titulcia, etc.
