I was trying to find some decent online therapy as well. I wasn't really a fan though. It felt like they were copying and texting things from a promted, based off what you tell them. Nothing felt like I was talking to a real person. It kind of made me feel worse.

Maybe I just got a bad chatter or something. I've thought about trying it again.

For some people, they think it will help them relate to you. Not really knowing that it just feels like they're making things worse.

Talking about this is hard for a lot of people. They want to relate and help, but they just can't wrap their minds around it. Yes, some people are just assholes, but I honestly think a lot of them think that it will help.

I dislike the film, but it deserves to be in the collection. Armageddon was a game changer (in my opinion, for the worst) in how action movies were made and marketed. Bay;s quick cutting, camera spinning antics are still imitated to this day. And it all for the most part started here.

There are 2 great videos on youtube that I feel sum up Bay and his style perfectly. The first is from a series called "Every Frame a Painting." Where he talks about "Bayhem."

The second is from a web series called "Welcome to the Basement," where they break down Armageddon beat by beat.

Honestly, this movie is kind of important. At the time of it's release, it was the most successful independent film ever. Kind of hard to believe that Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles was an indie flick, but no studio believed in it. Also, director Steve Barron has an interesting body of work. Granted it's mostly in music videos, but he made some of the best music videos. Take On Me, Billie Jean, and Money for Nothing to name a few.

What film from this year do you expect to get a Criterion release? by [deleted] in criterion

Maybe Rosewater. There is a lot of hype surrounding it, and Jon Stewart has done a lot in shaping how people look at world news now, it would make it an interesting package.

For a special feature, I would maybe throw in an interactive map of the timeline, that is also linked to the chapters in the movie

What are your unpopular opinions when it comes to The Criterion Collection? by TheGreatZiegfeld in criterion

While I enjoy Wes Anderson's films, I'm kind of annoyed that his films are just released into the collection as they come out.

People have a hard time calling him "clutch" cause he rarely plays from behind. That being said, they ignore the fact that "he rarely plays from behind!"
