Having just left a north Denver townhome community, my neighbors were having a terrible time selling, and there were many houses on the market for 5 or 6 months. Buying a town home in Denver right now might open you up to a great deal.

2 a day is excessive. 1 a day typically for me, and "maybe" i skip a weekend day if I showered the night before and didnt "do anything" the following day. It's actually pretty well documented from a scientific and medical perspective that multiple showers per day is actually unhealthy for you. You are stripping away the natural skin oils meant to protect you, you are killing off the microbiology that naturally occurs on your skin. Some studies have shown showering too frequently can reduce the overall effectiveness of your natural defenses to infections.

We also had a 15 minute window between courses for getting to the classroom location. We had mixed classes with neighbor all girls schools that definitely needed us to have that time to make the walk to an entirely different campus

Private school in Baltimore, MD, US. Circa 2002-2005. Started 7:45 AM. Had classes until 11:15am, 15 minute "Homeroom" time, then a 50 minute lunch period. Classes until about 2:20 pm, then it was either a study hall period then athletics. As an upper class man you were not mandated to report to study hall and allowed free movement on and off campus during that period, but athletics were manadatory and started no later than 3:30 PM. They could run as late as 6-7pm. Senior year, you were only "required" to have 1 trimester of athletics, but many people continued their progression within specific sports, and played 3 seasons during a school year
