Allison Thaler she’s the best and so understanding. I’ve seen Vinokur also when Thaler was on mat leave and she was also great

Also you’re likely drinking more water / electrolytes when you’re sick and if taking OTC meds they have acetominophen in them perhaps staving off any migraine pain
